Our tail masters will teach you the secrets of graceful gliding, magical moves, and how to make everyone else wish they were living under the sea, too.

What to Expect

  • 15-Minute Photo Shoot Per Mermaid

  • Choose between the Main Pool or Beach for your backdrop

  • Mermaid tail, accessories, and props provided

  • Arrive at Piper’s Place (Snow Cone Stand) 15 minutes before your scheduled photo shoot time

  • Arrive in the swimsuit/top you want to wear in the shoot

  • Payment will be taken at Piper’s Place prior to photo shoot

  • Base package includes 10 digital photos

  • Receive a link to your photos via email

  • Sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 mermaids per session
  • If participants fall into multiple age groups, pricing will be based on the oldest mermaid in the group
  • Base package includes 20 professionally edited photos

  • $25 — Additional 50 professionally edited photos
  • $50 — Additional 50 edited photos + 20 unedited photos
  • $100 — 100 edited and 100 unedited photos delivered on a USB flash drive

Booking & Retainer

  • A non-refundable retainer of [50%] is required to secure your session date.
  • The remaining balance is due [on the day of] the photoshoot.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Sessions must be rescheduled within [30 days] of the original date or the retainer will be forfeited.

Photographer Cancellations

  • If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.

Weather & Force Majeure

  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather at no penalty.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation without refund.
