Pardon Our Progress

Balcony Restoration Notice

On October 24, we will begin our final restoration project following damage from Hurricane Sally! We are happy to get our last project behind us and complete work from this devastating storm. Unfortunately, this does mean your upcoming stay at Turquoise Place will be impacted as we begin replacing balcony railings. During this restoration project, you will experience closed balconies, closed C and D outdoor pools, and equipment coming down on the south sides of the building. We will contact each of our guests in affected units to go over options for your stay via email and phone calls.

It’s been a long road, and we are grateful to our loyal guests for your patience as we complete this final restoration project.

C3004 and C2904 will require crews to also access the big balcony in each of these units each day as the swing stage equipment will require inspection pre and post usage.

Week of 12/5

D tower units ending in “09” , as well as D1202.

Impact: 02 South balconies AND 09 Southwest balconies will be CLOSED for several days until these areas are completed. You can also expect noise from concrete and hammer drills from 9 am-5 pm Monday to Saturday.

2304D will require crews to also access the big balcony in this unit each day as the swing stage equipment will require inspection pre and post usage.

Those units in which there are only damaged spindles- crews will be coming to replace these throughout the project duration.  This impact on guests will be minimal- crews will go in, replace damaged spindles, and remove plywood (no longer than one hour).

Weather (including high winds, rain, and lightning) may cause delays to this schedule and we cannot guarantee any timeline.  We appreciate your patience as we complete this final hurricane repair to the property.
