RESERVATION TERMS

Accommodations offered by Spectrum Resorts Beach Club Management, LLC or Spectrum Turquoise Management, LLC. The registered guest must be 25 or older in order to check-in. Check-in time is approximately 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00 am. All Spectrum Resorts accommodations are non-smoking and non-pet friendly. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of any charges incurred by all persons occupying the above room number and I shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents. I agree that the use of facilities are at the risk of the user(s) and that Spectrum Beach Club Management, LLC or Spectrum Turquoise Management, LLC will not be held liable for any damage to vehicles, and/or personal injury while on property, View the full rental policy here.

PAYMENTS AND PRE-AUTHORIZATION ADVISORY

I understand and agree that the credit card provided for this reservation agreement will be charged 45 days prior to my arrival date for the 50% deposit. This same card will be used the day of arrival for the remaining balance. Any additional signed room charges will be added to my bill and the same card charged.

DEBIT ADVISORY

Additionaly we gladly accept your use of debit card for transactions. If a debit card is used, your account will be debited the day of check-in for the projected balance due of your stay. Spectrum Resorts cannot be responsible for any returned check fees associated with your bank account.
