You AND Your Vacation, Protected

COVID-19 Updates

Updated April 12, 2021

We have come a long way through this COVID-19 pandemic and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. On April 7, 2021 Governor Kay Ivey announced the current mask mandate as well as the “safer at home” order will expire on April 9, 2021 at 5pm. In its place will be the “safer apart” order. Read the official order here.

In light of the vaccinations, declining statistics on new cases, and a change in temperature, we will honor the Governor’s order as it is written in the “safer apart” order. Masks will no longer be required of guests at our resort as long as a guest is not within a 6 foot distance from guests of another household. Spectrum Team Members will continue to wear masks for the protection of our guests. Under this new order, we will also be reopening all public hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms, the playground. All occupancy restrictions at outlets and amenities will also be lifted.

Although the “safer at home” order is expiring, we understand that COVID-19 is still a threat and will continue to be until herd immunity is reached. We will depend on our guests’ cooperation in sanitizing often and respecting other people’s personal space as well as their general behavior and discipline when not wearing a mask.

We will continue to remain vigilant in our efforts to protect guests, team members, and owners by following the Governor’s “safer apart” order, and by executing the following:

  • CDC-approved cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines are used throughout the resort.
  • High-touch areas and items are cleaned and disinfected often.
