Thank you for your interest in staying at Turquoise Place with Spectrum Resorts for the 2026-2027 Winter Season!

This form is for guests requesting to stay 28 or more consecutive nights.

All bedroom sizes will have a departure date of March 6, 2027. *

Deposit:

• 3 bedrooms will require a $1,200.00 deposit
• 4 bedrooms will require a $1,500.00 deposit
• 5 bedrooms will require a $1,800.00 deposit
• In order to secure your reservation, the deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking, or your reservation will be cancelled.

Change/Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, $99 dollars will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you will forfeit the deposit paid based on bedroom size above.
• If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid on the reservation.
• Outside 60 days of arrival, guests can make any changes necessary to the reservation (ex. dates, unit, etc.)
• Within 60 days of arrival, guests are locked into the unit and dates that have been reserved. You can extend your reservation, but you cannot shorten it.

Payments:

• If you are staying 28 - 44 nights, the total cost of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• If you are staying 45 nights or more, your first payment will be do 30 days prior to arrival. Payments are automatically processed and cannot be altered.
• If your payment should decline for any reason, we will reach out via phone or email. You will then have 3 days to bring the reservation current, or your reservation will be cancelled.

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• If you elect to accept the travel insurance, the travel insurance must be paid at the time of acceptance.
• If you live outside the U.S, the travel insurance does not go into effect until you have entered the U.S.
• The reservation must be paid in full to be covered for your entire stay. If you elect to make monthly payments, you will only be covered for the months that you have paid for.
• 14-day free look and then it is non-refundable.

Mail Forwarding:

• If you elect to have your mail forwarded to Turquoise Place during your long-term stay, you will go to Shipping & Receiving in the D Tower to sign a Mailbox Key Release form, and a key will be provided.
• Failure to turn in the mailbox key to Shipping & Receiving prior to your departure will result in a $35 charge for replacing the lock.
